I snapped a photo yesterday of a seagull against a blue sky with white clouds. This led me to thinking about the book Jonathan Livingston Seagull which in turn got me to thinking about a quote from the book - so I combined it all together.
It's funny because on the Monday I was at Bluefest there was a 'best of' Neil Diamond CD for sale, and I picked it up and read a few titles that were off the "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" soundtrack, and thought I should blow the dust off my "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" DVD and give it another viewing.I forgot all about watching the DVD until I saw this post. So thanks for the reminder Mike. Cheers. Great photo, too.

An unintentional reminder, or was it?
DeleteWhat a super quote and love the photo.
ReplyDeleteThanks Suzie,
DeleteLove the photo and combined quote. Bach really hit something profound with Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
ReplyDeleteYes, profound is the word.
DeleteThis was the first grown-up book I fell in love with.
ReplyDeleteThere is something special about this book - as Trish says 'something profound'.
