I wonder what readers will think of the following UFO and possible abduction story. It was sent to me by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. It's so easy to write off such experiences as dreams but as you delve into such things it appears more common than generally realised.
"I am 33 years old and I feel that I should share this experience with someone other than those who are in my family.
It is very hard to tell someone you work with that you have been abducted by aliens or that you have had a close encounter of the unknown kind.
I have tried to tell friends and even my wife and dad and but I always seem to get this uneasy, idiotic feeling that I am making them think I have mental problems
It started when I was eleven years old. I was living with my mother and younger brother. My mom was about the age I am now when this happened. My dad was away at work.
I was doing my homework when I got this feeling that I should look out into the night sky. I looked up from my desk and my homework and out my bedroom window. There was this star like light about the size of the north star but it seemed to be getting closer and closer and closer.
I yelled, "Mom and come look at this".
She was helping my brother with his homework on the couch in the living room. I could hear her continue to help him.
I said, "Mom you've got to come see this".
Then it was upon us and I ran to the living room and grabbed her hand and pulled her to the back door where we looked out through the window in the door.
Mom said, "Thats a hellicopter" and I repled, "Uhuh Mama that's a UFO". And that was all we said to each other.
The next thing I knew I was opening the door and stepping out onto the porch. Mom was hiding or cowering down beside me. I just remember looking into the center of it through the branches of this 50 foot oak tree. The UFO was bigger around than the tree and it was concave. The multi-colored lights around the perimeter were very bright and also from the center was another bright light beaming down at us.
Things started to get hazy after that but I do remember stepping into the yard next to this bush. The next thing I knew we were standing in this empty field 100 yards from where our back door was and looking up at it.
The lights were still bright and it was above us but the thing took off in the blink of an eye. That part is very vivid in my mind. It was over us and then it was the size of a star just like that. I remember there was no sound. The speed was amazing, and unbelievable.
That said I went to school the next day like nothing had ever happened. I do remember telling a couple of friends that I saw something and I remember looking out the window of the bus thinking about what I had seen.
My mom called Washington and talked to the neighbors but surprisingly no one had seen anything.
Washington said there was a weather balloon in the area and that might be what we saw. Yeah right.
The weird thing is that I used to have this recurring dream when we lived in our previous house, about 30 miles from where this incident occurred.
We had those wagon wheel bunk beds but they were not stacked, and we had wood floors. I was in the first grade when this happened, and I was in the wagon wheel bed.
I woke up looking through the spokes at the open door towards my parents door on the other side of the hallway. There was a faint light just enough to see, maybe it was a night light or something. I could see this little guy, shorter than me, was at the foot of my bed and he had something in his hand.
I blinked in confusion and there was another guy next to him on the left. I looked to my left and there were about three more. One little one was looking into my eyes and the two bigger ones were talking to each other behind him.
I screamed, "Momma!" but nothing came out. I don't even think my mouth really moved but I swear I said it.
He looked really deep into my eyes and I heard, in a very calm and peaceful soothing voice, "It's going be all right". I felt better like I didn't want to cry any more and I wasn't really scared.
I looked over and the others were doing things to my brother but I couldn't tell what.
I went to sleep.
I never had any other experiences but my mom said she once heard something over the car when we were on this rural highway, but I was asleep and I didn't hear it.
So that is my story. I am not a lunatic or a liar. I have three kids, a finance degree and I have been on my job for 6 years.
I just felt like sharing."

And Finally ...
"Can we and all nations not live in peace? In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?"

Fascinating and scary. His story certainly has all the hallmarks of the classic abduction. Here's a link about an encounter in quebec - there are 9 posts on this case. Hope it makes him feel less alone. http://www.synchrosecrets.com/synchrosecrets/?p=8225
ReplyDeleteThat's very creepy and frightening, but interesting from a distance.
ReplyDeleteI relate to finding courage to share an experience. There's been no evidence that I have had one like this; then again I might not want to remember.
ReplyDeleteMike,I remember when Reagan said that. Hollywood and Washington, DC... there's a combo... with profits. Lol.
