The Number Seven Guardian Angel

From my cuttings an amusing 'Lucky 7' story which also includes coincidences. I believe it was first published in the Daily Mail a while back and was from a Bob Hunt, England.

Back in December 2002, I suffered a severe heart attack and was admitted to hospital.

The following month I ended up at London's Royal Brompton for a major operation which, thanks to the staff, was a great success.

The cardiac surgeon told me the procedure would add seven years to my life. It took seven weeks to recover and get back to normal lifestyle. I am now in my last year of a seven year period!

Not long after the op, my eldest son, Stewart said, "Dad, as you have had a bad time this year and have been a perfect patient, I would like to give you a present."

"Such as?" I asked.

He went on, "I'll get your name in every daily newspaper in the UK at the same time."

I was intrigued and asked, "Would I have to murder someone?"

My son laughed and told me to wait and see. He then asked, "When are you and Mum going to Norfolk on holiday this year?"

I told him we'd be going in the first week of July [the seventh month].

Unknown to me, he contacted Great Yarmouth racecourse and paid £1000 to have a race named The Bob Hunt Family And Friends Condition Stakes (Class C), to be held on July 3, 2003, at 3.35pm. On that day, I came down to breakfast at our hotel and picked up a Daily Mail. Looking through the racing section I saw my name!

My son's prediction was true.

When we met up, he said, "Dad, what's your lucky number?"

I explained, "When playing bingo, the caller always says, "On its own, lucky seven."  So as a bingo addict, I suppose that must be my lucky number.

"That's good," he said, and explained that there were seven coincidences:

# It had been seven months since my heart operation.

#The prize money for the horse owner was near on £7,000.

#The race was over seven furlongs.

#There were seven runners in the race.

#The horse I wanted to back, Tarjman, was number seven.

#The horse was drawn into stall number seven.

#Finally the trainer was a Mr. Stewart, the same name as my son't Christian name.

At the racecourse, just before my race, I dashed over with my son to the bookmakers to place our bet (which was now a bigger stake than normal (oh horse number seven).

There was a queue and incredibly, there were seven people in front of us! They were quickly dealt with and the bet was on.

We anxiously watched the race and, yes! our prediction was right, number seven won.

I was then due to present the winning horse's owner with his trophy. With all of the excitement I felt unwell. My son told me not to worry: he and my youngest son would do the honours. I wondered if my guardian angel had a number seven on her wings.

I was in seventh heaven!

The Numbers Of Coincidence

A couple of number coincidences:

A.F. Kennedy of Victory Grocers has come up with a far greater than a million-to-one-coincidence.

Kennedy's firm received a shipment of canned milk, in a boxcar with the serial number of 80,061.

The car was sealed with a metal strip, also bearing the number 80,061.

A railroad man said he's never before seen seal numbers match serial numbers of cars to which they were attached.

A mathematician (who may or may not be right!) computed that with just five digits, the chances of this happening are something like one in 9,999,900,001.

And here's an out of this world coincidence from 1983.

Cosmos 1402, the Soviet spy satellite that plunged to Earth on January 23, 1983, drew more than the usual interest in Sedona, Ariz. Not only do Ann and Henry Cosmos have the same surname as the satellite, but their post office box number is also 1402.

When the couple first noticed the coincidence during a television broadcast, "We were kind of stunned about it," Mrs Cosmos said. With all the publicity, they have been kidded by friends, but they don't mind.

"Our box number is being advertised all over the country," said Mrs. Cosmos.

The Coincidence Of The Numbers Of Life

A while back I wrote how the numbers 76 and 67 pop up in my life over and over. Certain numbers seem to frequently appear in other people's lives as well. Here is an example from Colin about the number 56.

"My son Tim who is 27, has been, since he was around 14, beleaguered by the number 56. It appears in his life with alarming regularity, directly and indirectly.

"When my granddaughter Brooke was born just before 10am, he jokingly asked if the time was 9.56. The nurse said "No, 9.47" (but 9+47=56).

"Now you may say so what, but it goes on. All the digits of his children's birthday dates add up to 56!

"Last summer I was waiting to board a plane at Heathrow when my son called to say good bye. Just as he said hello they announced my gate had changed to 56.

"A few weeks later I was downloading a movie in the US at my wife's apartment. I woke in the morning to see its progress, it was bang on 56%, not a digit more. One moment later I had an email from Tim to say my grandson had been born weighing 5lb 6oz. His birth date also completed the 56 total.

"This has gone on for so long, we expect it, but we also look at times when it hasn't happened. There are obviously lots of them but most of the significant numbers in his life are 56 orientated.

"An addendum to the last e-mail about my son Tim and his connection with the number 56. Yesterday his 4th child, my granddaughter Harly, was born at 4.56 pm. I kid you not."

I have been away for just over two weeks in Mallorca - with no Internet and, yes, it is possible to live without it! Usually when I travel there are a few coincidences, or synchronicity moments but I struggled to notice many this time. There were a few like ...

While reading a soul chilling thriller [well, that's what the cover stated] a new person was introduced to the story and she worked for an estate /property company called Perry-Hayes - my surname being Perry and Hayes being the town where I lived as a child and teenager until I left home. I was a slightly impressed by this 'coincidence'. I then notice that the name first appeared on page 169, so 168 and 169 were open when I read this.

1+6+8=15 and 1+5 = 6
1+6+9=16 and 1+6 = 7

So I have my 'magic number' as in the title of this blog i.e. 67.

The book, by the way was The Stolen Ones by Richard Montanari.

One day while away it started to rain first thing, so after breakfast we waited for the rain to stop. It lasted about 90 minutes. I was thinking of numbers again - see what 'useful' things you can do without the Internet! Anyway, I noticed our room number, 405 added up to 9 and that the name of our hotel also had 9 letters.

We arrived at our hotel on 4/5/2016 - 4+5+2+0+1+6 = 18 and 1+8 =9

So 9's seemed to the number for our holiday. "Ah, but what about the book where I read Perry-Hayes," I wondered. I looked at the ISBN number: 978-0-7515-4928-7 ... added the numbers and they total 72 and 7+2 =9.

I won't bore you with any more examples ... there's probably nothing too significant about any of this but it kept me amused for a little while.

The Nightmare And The Number 2

A while back I had been reading about people who have, what I would call, nightmares. These are ones which feature a dark or black cloaked figure, usually thought of as being male.

I read of dozens of similar cases where this figure is often in the corner of the room or sometimes floats above the person having the 'nightmare'. Most describe the figure as being evil. One woman wrote, "It reeks pure evil and I just know it’s there to hurt or kill me. I have never felt such fear in all my life."

Another woman told of how, "I find myself sitting straight up screaming. Should my husband try to grab my arm or wake me up, it just makes it worse. I have kicked, scratched and hit him. He's a 250 pound man and I only weigh 120 but I have kicked him clear off the bed and onto the floor thinking he was someone trying to attack me."

What made me write about this is, because of something I read about the number 2 in association with such an experience, an example being:

"Also for some reason the number 2 seems to play a prominent role, with some dreams starting with me fixated over the impression that I am surrounding with a great number of people before that number becomes divided down into two, as in me and the presence."

I have only ever had one nightmare in myself. It was as a child of 4 or 5 but is still imprinted on my mind. I dreamt that I was being chased by the number 2! I remember my mother afterwards telling me how I was standing up in my bed pointing to the corner of the room where I was insistent that a number 2 was coming to get me. To this day, I can still remember how terrified I was of that number 2.

Fortunately, though, I have nothing against the number 2 nowadays!

It's fascinating though, how many people have dreams / nightmares / night terrors about evil dark figures and how sometimes a number 2 is involved.

Smile - It's 11:11 And The Cellular Memory Banks Are Open

Much has been written on the Internet about seeing the numbers 11:11, I've even published a small post on 11:11 myself. But what do the numbers really signify?

On Uri Geller's website, for example, he tells of how:

"For many years the numbers 11:11 have been mysteriously appearing to people all over the world. Often appearing on digital clocks, the sightings of 11:11 tend to occur during times of heightened awareness, having a most powerful effect on the people involved. This causes a reactivation of our cellular memory banks."

He goes on to explain:

"11:11 is a pre-encoded trigger placed into our cellular memory banks prior to our descent into matter which, when activated, signifies that our time of completion is near. This refers to the completion of duality. When the 11:11 appears to you, it is your wake-up call. A direct channel opens up between you and the Invisible. When this happens, it is time to reflect on whatever you are doing for a moment and Look Larger."

I'm writing about this because I have been noticing the numbers 11:11 - especially yesterday.

I was wondering, therefore, if perhaps I'd suddenly got 'heightened awareness' without realising. Or maybe I could cash in on my 'cellular memory banks' that Uri talks about.

Yesterday started quite normally. I'd been out in the morning and as I walked into our kitchen, the cooker clock clearly indicated it was 11:11, and at that precise moment our land line rang ... eerie or what?

"Hello," I answered with expectancy in my voice.

"I'd like to tell you about solar panels," came the message - ahhhhh! A sales call, and I clicked to end the conversation..

Later that day I went to the drawer in the cabinet next to my side of the bed. In there are, well all sorts of things I call interesting and my wife calls junk. But she's not always right, for there was one of my watches. I idly picked it up and noticed the time. It had stopped at 11:11. I needed a new battery - for the watch, that is - but my senses felt definitely heightened.

That evening before going to bed there was something I wanted to check on my computer, so I switched on and noticed the time was 11:11 and blow me down if the phone didn't ring again! I was in a state of readiness as a shiver shivered it's way down my spine.

I picked up the extension phone in my office, "Hello, is that Mr.Perry?" said an Asian voice - another b****y intrusive call and at this time at night! Don't they have clocks in India or Pakistan from where these calls originate? I must admit to being a little rude to the gentleman as he tried, in broken English, to tell me there was a fault with my computer.

In the clear light of a non 11:11 day I was wondering about the 11:11's of yesterday. I read some advice on the Third Eye Activation website. It said:

"Some general advice for working with the 11:11 vibration would be that when you notice it (11:11) take note of what you are thinking and/or doing at that precise time or at least relatively close to it. Monitoring the number and being aware of your doings will ensure your own interpretation of its symbolism."

My interpretation, based on yesterday only, is that I reckon someone up there is having a smile at my expense.

It's official (well sort of) that 7 is our favourite number.

A survey was carried out this week by the mathematician Alex Bellos. The poll was of 30,000 people and they confirmed that 7 is overwhelmingly our favourite number.

It's a little strange, but we do seem to have favourite numbers. Bellos said of this:

"When I give talks about maths and ask the audience if they have a favourite number, half stick up their hands. I suppose we are all a little bit obsessive compulsive. It's comforting to have a favourite number."

Red Arrows

At an airshow in Lowestoft, Suffolk, England over 150,000 people went to watch the action. Amongst the crowd was a 13 year old boy. And, oh yes, the date was Friday the 13th.

The weather made a turn for the worse, just as the Red Arrows flew past, and a huge crack of lightning lit up the sky. The 13 year old unnamed boy had been in the area where the lightning struck.

Rex Clarke, the ambulance team leader, described what happened, "Suddenly there was this huge crack of lightning really close to the seafront and really loud thunder. Seconds later we got a call that someone had been hit. The boy was breathing and was conscious. He had a minor burn to his shoulder and was taken to hospital as a precaution. It could have been a lot worse."

Ah, and the coincidence bit? The 13 year old boy, on Friday the 13th, was struck by lightning at 13:13 (i.e. 1:13 pm).

As Mr Clarke put it, "It’s all a bit strange that he was 13, and it happened at 13:13 on Friday 13th."

Strange indeed.

Only Good Things Come In Threes

I have mentioned in posts, several times, how my wife is always finding coins. This is strange in itself but when she finds two closely together then I 'know' she'll find a third. We always say, on finding two coins, "Bound to now find a third."

We did it this week. I actually found the first coin (for a change). When I went to return our supermarket trolley, for which there is a £1 deposit. The previous user had left their coin behind. As I had no idea who the user before me was I kept the coin.

We then moved on to the Post Office to buy some postage stamps. Strangely there was no one else about but there was a 20 pence coin on the floor. So Karin picked it up, "Bound to find a third," she said.

Our next stop was to buy a newspaper. They have self service machines where you scan the goods yourself. In the return-coins tray was another £1 coin - nobody else about, so that became ours too. Mission accomplished!

Moving on about thinking in threes.

I've been reading Rob & Trish's book The Synchronicity Highway (and very good it is too). I've only got up to reading to page 49 but, as I sometimes do with books, I flicked through the pages quickly before I started reading to see if anything caught to my attention. It did.

I found that Trish and Rob have mentioned my synchro experiences three times in the book - and there's a strange thing about the pages they are on.

The first in on page 7, so when looking at the book pages 6 and 7 are open (67 being one of the important numbers in my life).

The second synchro is on page 67!  "Bound to be a third," I thought ...

... and there it was on pages 105 and 106. Then it dawned on me 1+5=6 and 1+6=7 - so a third 67.

Now some will say things like this only happen because we are looking for patterns within our lives, but surely there is more to it than this. Otherwise why would so many of us say things happen in threes.

Are these threes perhaps pre-programmed as an attention seeking novelty item by the 'Universe'? A bit too fanciful for you? Okay, maybe we create the third with our belief that there will be a third.

I'll quickly add a little here that my own thought is that only good things happen in threes. I'll have nothing to do with thoughts that bad things may happen in threes, as some people seem to believe. What we think or say can become a reality, so best to think positive! I guess this must, therefore, mean I believe a third 'whatever' comes about because of what I/we believe.

When you think about it the number three is deep within us, right from children with stories such as The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Three Billy Goats Gruff. Rumpelstiltskin spins thrice for the heroine and lets her guess his name thrice over a period of three days, Snow White receives three visits from her wicked stepmother. In Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol, Marley's Ghost tells Ebenezer Scrooge he will receive visits from three spirits. There's the Trinity in the Bible and so on and so on.

But, whatever, if two good things come along there's bound to be a third.

Ella The 8-9-10-11-12 Baby Coincidence

Ella Rose Riehle

I like number coincidences so I thought I'd publish this one even though it's about three years old.

This goes back to 2010 when Terri Riehler was pregnant. The date was 8/9/10 when she was taken to Christ Hospital, Ohio for the birth. She is quoted as saying, "I'm like 'Oh! Easy! I won't get my kids birthdays' mixed up.' 8/9/10 - It'll be easy to remember, good to go!"

Her doctor, Peggy Heis, pointed out how remarkable it would be if Terri's baby was born at 11:12. Then there would be a sequence of 8-9-10-11-12. But babies aren't predictable and the morning came and went, still no baby.

Twelve hours later, just before 11 pm. that night, the labour really started getting intense. Terri was pushing but still no baby.

But finally, her baby, Ella Rose Riehle, was born at, yes, exactly 11.12 pm.

Ella is therefore unlikely to forget her birthday and neither will any of her family.

Special Numbers Coincidence

I know I said I wouldn't mention my holiday in Mallorca again but I needed a quick post for today as I'm tied up all day - not literally of course.

I've often mentioned how 76 and 67 have been significant numbers in my life and keep cropping up. Here's another instance.

At the end of our holiday, early in the morning, we were waiting for a coach to take us to Palma airport for our homeward flight. I looked across the road and opposite us was the above Seat Car - we have a silver Seat car ourselves, though this isn't much of a coincidence as so do many other people. Anyway, the number, as you can see was 7767 BDV - so a 76 and a 67 on the number plate.

When I was going through my photos, after I arrived back home, I wondered if BDV meant anything. All I could find was that it is a French language abbreviation for Bourse des Voyages meaning Travel Exchange - so the number plate fitted the occasion perfectly.

If You Have Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia Be Careful What Beer You Drink

I was reading that Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia has been linked to Ronald Reagan.

This seems to be based on the story that Nancy and Ronald Reagan, when moving to their home in the Bel-Air section of Los Angeles, had the address - 666 St. Cloud Road - changed to 668 St. Cloud Road. The number hadn't worried Johnny Carson, the previous owner.

If Reagan feared the number 666 so much, he must have been concerned about his own full name: Ronald Wilson Reagan as each name has 6 letters. Mind you, so have many other things, like the 'United States Dollar' for instance - surely that's not linked to Satan or the Ant-Christ as well ...

But, there again, perhaps we've all got a bit of the beast in us (at least at times!) as the most common carbon isotope (Carbon-12), the basis of all known life on Earth, consists of 6 protons, 6 neutrons and 6 electrons.

Okay, that'll do for today, after all it is Sunday.

On Friday The 13th Staying Home Is Recommended

If you have a touch of paraskavedekatriaphobia be prepared that tomorrow is Friday the 13th - perhaps unlucky for some - and strangely there will be a further Friday the 13th in exactly 13 weeks time.

Maybe it's unlucky because of the demise of the Knights Templar. Katharine Kurtz writes in Tales of the Knights Templar:

"On October 13, 1307, a day so infamous that Friday the 13th would become a synonym for ill fortune, officers of King Philip IV of France carried out mass arrests in a well co-ordinated dawn raid that left several thousand Templars - knights, sergeants, priests, and serving brethren in chains, charged with heresy, blasphemy, various obscenities, and homosexual practices. None of these charges was ever proven, even in France - and the Order was found innocent elsewhere - but in the seven years following the arrests, hundreds of Templars suffered excruciating tortures intended to force 'confessions,' and more than a hundred died under torture or were executed by burning at the stake."

Or maybe it's considered unlucky because Jesus was said to be crucified on Friday 13th - and there were 13 at Jesus' last supper. Who knows for sure but Fridays have been considered an unlucky day since the medieval times.

However, before we write off the fear of Friday the 13th as hocus pocus, here are the conclusions of the British Medical Journal in a research article called Is Friday the 13th bad for your health?:

CONCLUSIONS: Friday 13th is unlucky for some. The risk of hospital admission as a result of a transport accident may be increased by as much as 52%. Staying at home is recommended.

76 And 67 Two Appearances In One Day

I've written previously how the numbers 67 and 76 seem important in my life. I met Karin on the 7th of the 6th, my door number is 76 ... and there are dozens more besides which I won't bore you with.

Anyway, Karin and I were walking to our son's house to feed his cats while he and his family are away. We were talking about going on holiday and Karin said she wanted to lose three or four pounds before we went away. I said I didn't need to, being perfect ... it was meant to be funny but ...

Same day I wanted the address to send something to the local council - and there it was PO Box 676 - so a 67 and a 76 in one hit!

The numbers occur over and over in my life.

The 976 Coincidence

A quick Sunday coincidence or synchronicity story.

I have written previously how 76 and 67 are special numbers in my life and especially if the 76 is combined with a 9 to make 976 - see, for example, my post The Missed Post Coincidence And Other Wanderings where I wrote:

"... the numbers 76 and 67 have followed me through life. The number 9 is also important to me especially when added to 76 i.e 976.

I recently wanted a copy of my father's birth certificate for personal reasons - and the number on the certificate was 976 (of course!)."

Yesterday I was shown a photo from the late 1980's where we were loaned a Mercedes car, quite a decent model at the time, though it looks bit dated nowadays. I noticed in the picture that the number on the registration was 976. It's bizarre how some numbers appear to crop up over and over.

Beyoncé And The Number 4 Lead To The Illuminati

There was a sub-headline in a magazine, included with my Sunday newspaper, which read, 'She Thinks Four Is Fantastic'. And the person who supposedly has this belief is Beyoncé. I'm not a numerologist so decided to have a root round on the Internet and ended up far from where I started.

Firstly a few 4s in Beyoncé's life:

# She and Jay-Z, her husband, are quoted as saying that their favourite is 4.

# Beyoncé was born on September 4.

# Jay-Z's birthday is December 4.

# The couple were married on April 4.

All pretty straightforward but then it gets a little deeper.

# Beyoncé's daughter is called Blue Ivy because IV is four in Roman numerals.

# Blue Ivy was born on January 7 2012 and 1+7+2+0+1+2 = 13 and 1+3 = 4.

Then I found out that:

# Her fourth studio album was called 4 and this gave Beyoncé her 4th consecutive number one album in the USA.

And so it went on the number 4 kept cropping up everywhere I looked:

# She did special 4 Intimate Nights With Beyoncé concerts which featured the entire collection of songs on her, yes of course,4 album.

# It said that Beyoncé and Jay-Z raised $4 million at a Jay-Z's 40/40 club in New York to support President Obama's re-election campaign.

It appears therefore that she has friends in high places - including within the Illuminati, well so the rumours say. This is where I stray from where I started with the post.

 First though about the number 4: I read that this is the number of foundation and Aleister Crowley wrote a book called Book Four - which is a complete guide to Magic.

Oh, and another side-track about the number 13: 1+3 = 4 and there are supposedly 13 Illuminati Bloodlines. Associated with these bloodlines is McDonalds! And look how 13 pops up when you turn their sign sideways:

Also Arby's looks somewhat like 13 sideways and, of course, M for McDonald's is the 13th letter in the alphabet.

Now where was I? Oh, yes, Beyoncé and the Illuminati. The most popular media coverage of this is while she was performing at the Super Bowl, where she flashed the pyramid symbol with her hands - as per the photo at the top of this post.

And this is the point where I got inundated with Beyoncé / Illuminati stuff - so, I decided to take the easy way out. Here's a video which saves me from making this post too long!


I'll finish on a photo of Beyoncé, which has maybe connections to Satan or Bamphomet.

And quickly going back to 4. The Rosicrucian interpretation for this is: "The number 4 is represented by the square. Four is not 4 times 1, but is a complete number in itself - firmness, a good foundation, the law, or ground, upon which to build strongly, permanently and uprightly."

It's so easy in life to end up a very long way from where we started: sidetracks and misinformation abound. But there again so do uncovered truths. The difficulty is deciding which is which.

If you want a cheaper property in the UK go for one where the street name begins with a 'Z' or a 'J'.

No streets start with X Sounds crazy but this is what the website Zoopla discovered when they carried out a survey of house prices in the UK based on the first letter of the street name. No, I don't know why they would be bothered with doing this either.

Nevertheless, if you want to live in Uxbridge Road, Utoxeter Street or any other beginning with a U then it'll cost you more, the figures on the right tell the story.

Zoopla's Lawrence Hall said, "There may be more to a street name than meets the eye. With £70,000 between U and Z, it is advisable to select wisely."

Of course, it's often said that anything can be proven with statistics.

In another set of stats it was found that a house is worth more if it has an odd number on the door. So, if you own a house with an even number - as I do - the property is said to be worth slightly less than the house either side with odd numbers!

So there we have it: a property with an odd door number and a street beginning with U will be worth more than an even numbered house with a Z or J street.

Oh dear, as I've said, I've an even door number and the first letter of my street is 17th on the list - and there was I thinking I'd made a wise investment.

But at least I haven't got a Z in my car number plate - now that would be even worse!

Coincidence Of Repeatedly Seeing The Numbers 711

An emotional coincidence or syncronicity story today from Victoria. She would be interested in any feedback or thoughts as to why she has seen the numbers mentioned in her story.

Nearly ten years ago, I knew this guy from High School. We were not friends, but he was very popular and everyone knew him. I disliked him because I found him to be very loud and obnoxious. I had never spoken to him. About a year after leaving High School, I had a dream that he was in my house having beers with my friends. The next weekend, he was in my house having beers with my house-mates, turns out that one of my house-mates friends' was friends with him.

Anyway, I started to get to know him and become friends with him and went out clubbing with him and his friends. We ended up as a couple and we were together for a few years. He was very troubled and he had sadness in his heart. He was unable to function normally in a relationship, we broke up but remained friends since.

Throughout our relationship, he would always see the numbers 7 11 on the clock, then I started to always see it too. Not just on the clock, it would be in many things, such as train times, use by dates on food etc. When we broke up, I would see the numbers when he was upset, even though we wouldn't have spoken for a couple of weeks. Every time I saw the numbers, I would call him and there would be something wrong.

So about six years later, in November of 2011 I started seeing the numbers a lot more than usual. The orange juice carton I had bought had the use by date of 7 11 11. I started to worry because when I called him, his phone was always off. I left messages, but he never returned my calls. I had a dream that he was crying and asking for my forgiveness, I hugged him and gave him my forgiveness. A couple of days later, I got a call from my friend and she said that they had found his body and that he had taken his own life. The date of death was 7 11 2011.

I have since had many dreams about how things could have gone differently for him, dreams that he was alive had he chosen a different path. I think that he was predicting his own death without really knowing it, and had he not chosen to take his life that day that he would have died some other way.

I don't understand why I was also seeing the numbers. I thought that maybe it was because I could have saved him somehow but now I believe that it was his fate to die that day. He was a very important person in my life and he made me the person I am today.

I tried to help him but he didn't want help from anyone. So I am still perplexed as to why I saw the numbers. I don't see the numbers as often any more. Since he died I've seen the numbers only a handful of times, but when I do I say hello to him just in case he is there in that minute.
